Textured Masonry Coating

 

DESCRIPTION: Bestcoat™ Textured Masonry Coating is a high-build, weather-resistant, water-based acrylic coating used to decorate and protect above-grade concrete, masonry and acrylic stucco finishes. Available in 20 standard colors and custom colors, Bestcoat Textured Masonry Coating utilizes DPR (Dirt Pickup Resistant) chemistry to keep surfaces cleaner and reduce maintenance needs. It is ideal for finishing vertical and overhead surfaces, and exterior or interior substrates including concrete, stucco, masonry, cement plaster, stucco and EIFS. BestCoat Masonry Coating/Paint is similar to MasterProtect HB 200, Thorocoat and other architectural grade elastomeric building paints.


FEATURES: Rollable and sprayable for quick, easy application, excellent hiding power, easily covers substrate imperfections, flexible / chip and crack-resistant even at low temperatures, conforms to the contours and movement of the substrate, resists wind driven rain preventing water penetration into substrate, breathable coating allows water vapor to escape preventing peeling and blistering of film, excellent color retention, facilitates application of EPS board, excellent adhesion, provides longterm durability, water-based, safe, non-toxic, low VOCs.

DRYLOK® Original Masonry Waterproofer

If water is leaking through existing masonry or you need to protect new construction, our proprietary formula is GUARANTEED to stop water. Unlike ordinary paint that simply adheres to a surface and can be forced off by incoming water pressure, DRYLOK® Original Masonry Waterproofer actually penetrates the pores in that surface, bonding to the masonry and creating an impenetrable barrier.

  • Dry time: 2-3 hours

  • Coats: minimum of 2 for Warranty Coverage

  • Recoat time: 2-3 hours

  • Optional: After 24 hours, DRYLOK® Original Masonry Waterproofer may be topcoated with a good quality latex paint for decorative purposes.
