100% Silicone Roof Coating
​
GacoRoof 100% Silicone Roof Coating creates a seamless membrane to seal and repair existing roofs and permanently protect against leaks, permanent ponding water and the damaging effects of severe weather. GacoRoof is available in several colors to enhance the aesthetics of any roof. Ideal for use on flat and sloped roofs including, but not limited to, large and small buildings, homes, garages and patio covers, sheds and barns, mobile homes, RVs and more.

100% SILICONE. The unique chemistry of GacoRoof offers peace of mind for a lifetime! It outperforms and outlasts acrylic, urethane, asphalt and Hypalon® coatings.
​
NO PRIMER REQUIRED. GacoRoof will adhere to most surfaces without a primer including built up roofs, cap sheet, metal, modified bitumen and sprayed polyurethane foam.
​
REMAINS PERMANENTLY FLEXIBLE. GacoRoof will stay flexible and maintain adhesion, even under permanent ponding water or snow pack. Other coatings become brittle and begin to degrade over time.
​
WITHSTANDS PERMANENT PONDING WATER. GacoRoof is an excellent choice for flat or sloped roofs. Extremely durable, GacoRoof will not soften, bubble or degrade under permanent ponding water.
NON-SACRIFICIAL. GacoRoof is unaffected by harsh UV rays and temperature extremes.

GacoFlex S42

The high adhesion alternative to replacing your weathered roof.
​
GacoFlex S42 Series is a 100% silicone roof coating solution for renewing your weathered roof. This high adhesion coating can be installed over virtually any existing roof substrate* creating a durable, seamless membrane that helps protect the roof from permanent ponding water, ultraviolet light and severe weather.
​
GacoFlex S42 Series covers more surface area with less material than many other competitive silicones, exhibits outstanding peak hide coverage on granulated surfaces, and with its strong adhesion to multiple types of surfaces, it eliminates the need for an epoxy primer in many cases, allowing for faster installation.
​
IMPROVED ADHESION. Eliminates the need for primer on most substrates*, compared to previous generation GacoFlex silicone coatings.
​
EXCELLENT COVERAGE. Covers more surface area with less material than GacoFlex S20 series of silicone coatings, and that of many other competitors (1.25 gal/sq vs 1.5 gal/sq).

OUTSTANDING PEAK HIDE. Requires less coating to cover peaks on an uneven surface.

GacoPatch
​
When a Patch Needs to be Permanent
​
GacoPatch is a flashing grade, stand-alone silicone roof sealant designed to be installed in a single application on a variety of roof types including asphalt, single ply, metal, and most existing coatings. GacoPatch is now available in both a 2 gallon pail and a sausage tube.
​
It is a one-step application which reduces labor time and eliminates the cost of additional products such as primers, tapes, and top coats.
​
GacoPatch is a long-term solution for roof repairs because it is UV stable and does not chalk, crack, become brittle or break down over time. GacoPatch contains no asphalts or acrylics, and remains permanently flexible, even under ponding water. No additional reinforcement or extra application steps are required for horizontal patches, even over ½” thick.
​
For regions requiring a VOC content less than 50 g/L, Gaco offers GacoFlex GacoPatch Compliant. Please contact your local area manager or reference the Product Data Sheet for more information.
